A young semi-hard farmstead Caerphilly style cheese; Short in texture and a rounded lemony background finish. Ripened for 2-6 months.

All of our cheeses are handmade using raw milk on our cow with calf farm where they graze on the lush pasture and are at peace.

Photo for illustrative purposes.  Cheese is typically cut to total order weight.  If you would prefer your cheese cut into wedges (e.g. 2 x 1kg wedges) please explain your preference in ‘Special instructions’ during the checkout process.

All our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet.

Your cheese order will be delivered in Woolcool bags, a system of eco-friendly insulated packaging made from sheep’s wool. These special cool bags keep our cheeses below  5oC  for 48 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy. Cheeses are sent using a next day delivery courier service, however please bear in mind that very occasionally delivery can be delayed. The Sorba-freeze ice packs we use are reusable, they can be dehydrated (on a radiator) and rehydrated with water and refrozen.
