Description

If you’re organising a party or a get together, there’s simply nothing better than a high impact cheese for guests to share.  This full half cut of our popular Fleet Valley Blue cheese is a real crowd pleaser, and it pairs perfectly with our Half Rainton Tomme.

Fleet Valley Blue is a mild, creamy blue cheese, made from unpasteurised milk and slowly ripened for three to four months to produce a rich but gentle flavour, with lingering lasting notes on the finish.  It’s a blue cheese that appeals to both fans of blue, due to its complex flavour profile, and to people who are normally wary of blue cheeses who tell us they enjoy its mild tones.  This is a cheese to savour and, with a half cut of our Fleet Valley Blue, you’ll have plenty of cheese to do so with!

Your cheese order will be delivered in Woolcool packaging, a system of eco-friendly insulated packaging made from sheep’s wool. This packaging keeps our cheeses below  5oC  for 48 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy. Cheeses are sent using a next day delivery courier service, however occasionally delivery can be delayed. If you receive your cheese a day later than expected, the cheese will be absolutely fine. The Sorba-freeze ice packs we use are reusable, they can be dehydrated (on a radiator) and rehydrated with water and refrozen.

We dispatch orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For same week delivery, please place your order by 1pm on Tuesday.

You can schedule your delivery in advance, although some products, such as Garnie, have restricted dispatch windows.
