Selection Pack

A standard retail pack of five cheeses
Description

Selection Pack is one of our most popular bundles, including four of our core cheeses plus a truckle of Bluebell. It's a great way to explore our range of ethical cheeses and provides a varied and delicious cheeseboard selection.

The pack includes an information leaflet about our approach to farming that keeps dairy cows and calves together. It’s a perfect introduction to The Ethical Dairy cheeses and the price includes postage and packaging.

Four of the cheeses, Rainton Tomme, Fleet Valley Blue, Laganory and Carrick, are made with raw milk.  Bluebell is made with pasteurised milk. Our blue cheeses, plus Rainton Tomme are best consumed within 4 weeks, all other cheeses are best consumed within 5 weeks.

This product is only available when we have stock of Bluebell. This current batch of Bluebell will be available from late March and at its best during April.

Your cheese order will be delivered in Woolcool packaging, a system of eco-friendly insulated packaging made from sheep’s wool. This packaging keeps our cheeses below  5oC  for 48 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy. Cheeses are sent using a next day delivery courier service, however occasionally delivery can be delayed. If you receive your cheese a day later than expected, the cheese will be absolutely fine. The Sorba-freeze ice packs we use are reusable, they can be dehydrated (on a radiator) and rehydrated with water and refrozen.

We dispatch orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For same week delivery, please place your order by 1pm on Tuesday.

You can schedule your delivery in advance, although some products, such as Garnie, have restricted dispatch windows.
